Relevant Experience:  While heading the broadcast division of Maclean hunter Limited (CDN$10.5 Billion annual corporate revenues), Steve Harris directed the valuation and regulatory strategy for a $633 million public takeover of Selkirk Communications Inc..  He was one of three executives who formed the corporate vehicle for the acquisition and managed due diligence for the broadcast entities and authored and presented government submissions.  In the same role he also acquired a 7 division holding company ($15 Million) and, in digital marketing, acquired a rich media production firm on behalf of MatchLogic, Inc.
